Headway is Dundee’s current longest running house & techno night which takes place at intimate 350 capacity venue The Reading Rooms, Blackscroft, Dundee DD4 6AS.
Residents Andy Barton, Graeme Binnie, Neil Clark and Bruce Anderson have been running Headway consistently for over 13 years and have played alongside many great names in the scene such as Alan Fitzpatrick, Ame, Artwork, Ben Sims, Bicep, Boddika, Burnski, Carl Craig, Daniel Avery, Dave Clarke, Dax J, Derrick Carter, DJ Sneak, D’Julz, Funk D’Void, Gary Beck, Green Velvet, Harvey McKay, Honey Dijon, Ivan Smagghe, Jackmaster, Jeremy Underground, Josh Wink, Joy Orbison, KiNK, Levon Vincent, Mind Against, Pan-Pot, Paul Woolford, Petre Inspirescu, Ralph Lawson, Robert Hood, Silicone Soul, Skream, Timo Maas, Tom Middleton, Will Saul, Yousef and more.
They have played at various places, most notably Electric Frog and Pressure Riverside Festival, Glasgow, Rockness in Inverness, The Rhumba Festival of House in Dundee, The Sub Club / La Cheetah / Saint Judes / Chambre 69 / Substanz Underground in Glasgow, Cabaret Voltaire in Edinburgh, The Ice Factory in Perth, The Waterfront in Arbroath, The Zoo Project in Ibiza, Riffraff in Middlesbrough and had a mix broadcast live on Radio 1.
